General Concepts in Ophthalmology in the Geriatric Population, Vision Loss, Comorbidities and Low Vision Approach

Dear Colleagues,
Books are the cornerstones of learning knowledge. Writing a book is an important responsibility in this period, when technology and medicine are rapidly developing. What is written today may become obsolete within to 5-10 years. Therefore, the information must be updated at certain intervals.
It is no longer possible to achieve rapid changes with a single author to cover all subjects. This work, with xx authors, is a product of team spirit, labor, and effort. The editors motivated a group of writers who had the power and opportunity to write but could not make it happen. The author improved his ability to learn to teach, and the reader learned the subject he did not know before. In this manner, learning is achieved by both parties. The information acquired will become skilled over time, with experience and repetition.
Love and knowledge grow as they become shared. I hope that this book, which we have introduced to world medicine, will lead to the preparation of many new works in the future.
