Ophthalmology is a rapidly developing field in the 21st century, with new diagnostic and treatment options and the use of advanced technologies. Glaucoma, the second most common cause of preventable blindness that can lead to irreversible visual loss, has benefited from these advancements.
We are proud to present our book, Glaucoma and Management in the Geriatric Population, to our colleagues, particularly resident ophthalmologists. This book contains basic knowledge, practices, and up-to-date information. In this rapidly evolving field, it is important to stay abreast of the latest knowledge and techniques.
This comprehensive book was prepared by young ophthalmologists, who are experts in their field, based on the most up-to-date information and literature. I thank them for their labor and effort.
