The definition provided by the Turkish Inter-University Council (IUC-ÜAK) in the Associate Professor Application Conditions for January 2021 states: "International Publishing House: A publishing house that has been operating consistently at an international level for a minimum of four years, whose books are cataloged in the libraries of the top 500 universities according to the rankings of institutions recognized by the Turkish Council of Higher Education, and which has published at least 20 books by different authors within the same academic field." In the University Administrative Board meeting held in January 2020, under decision number 40/20, it was agreed that MediHealth Academy Publications operates in accordance with this definition.
