MediHealth Academy Publishing aims to publish its books in accordance with international academic book standards. Within this scope, submitted works are expected to be prepared in line with the following academic and editorial standards.
Book Type and Format
Submitted works are expected to be scientific monographs, academic reviews, research books, or edited academic books. Textbooks, popular science publications, encyclopedias, catalogs, albums, and similar publications are not evaluated within this scope. Each submission should include ISBN, title, editor/author name, publisher, and year of publication. In addition, the physical address of the publisher should be clearly stated, and full-text access to the book should be provided in digital or printed form.
Originality and Plagiarism
The primary requirement is the presentation of original scientific content. The book should not contain repeated or copied elements and should be based on original research, scientific analyses, or comprehensive literature reviews. The similarity rate is expected to be below 20%, and a similarity report prepared with iThenticate or similar software should be submitted for each chapter.
Editor and Author Qualifications
The academic qualifications of editors and authors are important elements in the book evaluation process. The areas of expertise of editors and authors should be directly related to the aim and scope of the book. Each submission should include the name, title, institution, contact information, short biography, and ORCID ID, if available, of each author and editor.
Preface and Introduction
The preface or introduction section should clearly state the aim, scope, main question, methodology, and scientific contributions of the book. This section should include explanations regarding the objectives determined by the editors and authors, the methods used, the main arguments, and the results obtained. A consistent unity should be maintained between the title, content structure, and chapters of the book.
Internal Structure and Chapters
Submissions should have a completed and well-organized internal structure. The table of contents, preface, editor page, list of authors, and title page should be included in the submission. Chapters should be carefully prepared in terms of academic integrity, thematic consistency, and publication language.
References and Citation Format
The sources used in the works should be current, clear, and verifiable. Each chapter should include a sufficient number of scholarly citations, and digital access links, such as DOI information, should be added where possible. The reference list should be arranged according to international academic citation standards to ensure the academic reliability and traceability of the book.
